Introduction of a whistleblower structure at Accuride International  GmbH 

Due to the EU's Whistleblower Directive and the Whistleblower Act, as a company with at least 50 employees,  we are obliged to set up a reporting office where all employees of the company can report, among other  things, criminal offences in the professional environment and violations of fines that serve to protect life, limb  or health. In order to take confidentiality into account in the best possible way, we have not appointed a  person from our company as a reporting office, but a lawyer who is professionally obliged to maintain  confidentiality.

You can contact Mr. Ralph Muthers, Rechtsanwälte Dr. Caspers, Mock und Partner mbB (Caspers Mock  Anwälte) if you have such suspicions, even anonymously.

Reports can be submitted as follows:  

1. Accuride@caspers-mock.de
2. by phone at: 0261 - 404 99 69  
3. in person by appointment with Mr. Muthers  
4. by post with the note " personal/confidential " on the envelope    

Caspers Mock Attorneys is under no obligation to disclose names or other identifying features to our  company. Rather, there is a duty of confidentiality towards our company in favor of the reporting employee.  The employee decides for himself or herself on the content and disclosure of the information.  

The whistleblower does not have to bear the costs of recording and processing the tip.
